DO NOT GO HERE! This place is only out to steal your money. Charging people during the pandemic while under the illusion that your account is “frozen” then pile on late fees twice the price of your membership. Unbelievable.

They charged my bank account FIVE years after I canceled my membership! It took me four times of calling to finally speak with a manager regarding the situation. I was never once apologized to for the incident, and every staff I spoke to (besides for Leslie) was rude to both my husband and I. Super unprofessional. I will never return to this gym in the future (didn’t plan on it anyways because it sucks, hence the reason I canceled 5 years ago) and I will definitely be spreading the word to my friends and family regarding the... read more
