Great atmosphere great people great staff great equipment and great prices
The early morning is the best time to go. Its not too crowded and there are plenty of machinesvand free weights. Plus the mirrors on the wall motivate me
The equipment is decent for the price. I see the staff cleaning all the time but the gym still remains a mess because most members don't clean after themselves. There are always unracked weights. I just had to ditch my workout early because the bathroom looked like the house from Texas Chainsaw Massacre. With all that said, I am glad I only paid for a 3 month membership.
The gym is pretty good and at a great price. I called to cancel ahead of time, like a responsible adult, and they told me I had to talk to the manager 10 days before my bill was due. I talked to the manager and they were about to cancel my membership, no problem, but I decided to stay.
Worst management team EVER! Happy to be a Western Village member now..its worth the price when u are treated with respect.
I wish I could leave 84 stars out of 5! Phenomenal customer service!
Love Crunch!!! Good customer service, every time I go in everyone is nice and welcoming. I have nothing negative to say except Crunch needs to add spin classes ❤️
