Easily one of the worst gym experiences I’ve had. Nobody re-racks their weights — the dumbbell area is always a disaster, and plates are scattered everywhere like it’s a garage sale. The staff don’t seem to care or enforce any rules. On top of that, the same machines have been broken for weeks (some for over a month) with no sign of being fixed anytime soon. I started in 2022, but it’s not good now. This location absolutely sucks, not worth the money. There’s been black mold growing in the bathroom ceiling (not to mention it ALWAYS smells like sewage), the ceiling above the squatting platform has always leaked, the paper towel holders/sprays are missing, empty or broken, and machines take 6 months to get fixed when they break. Everything is great except the bthrms could be tidied, the wipes and / or spray bottles are too far & in between & the parking lot is a bit dim.
Horrible customer service and the manager is extremely rude
The manager named Angel at this location followed my friend out after he came to cancel his membership. He threatened my friend saying he had license to carry. You don’t need a PhD. to know what that is insinuating. Waiting for their hours to open to call every number and take legal action against this. I just read another review about this same manager about his excessively rude behavior as well. It is not okay for a grown adult to be threatening kids a third of his age.
