Crunch Fitness East Main has been charging me illegally for the past 3 months! Their staff is rude and unprofessional and doesn't know how to provide customer service. This place is a rip off and I will be contacting the corporate office!

Hit zone classes are the best!!! Killer workouts!
Crunch is 4.99 out of 5 star gym imo. Even during rush it doesn't feel over crowded. If they stopped the solicitors this gym would be even better I hate to be approached but that's just me it probably helps others.
Great place to workout. Equipment is new. The people that workout there are really friendly.
Great gym it’s where I like to go
Crunch itself is a decent gym equipment wise, and looks to be clean. The staff is either not trained well, lazy, or just not friendly- not sure which. They do not offer tours to brand new people, and are just wall flowers. I had gone to the gym four times before my existence was acknowledged. The childcare is a joke, when I walked in I saw a fist fight between kids and the only staff in there had her back turned to them.
