I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for over a year and they are refusing to do so. Every time I call to speak with a manager they say the manager is unavailable. I have not attended this gym in 2 years. Then they say you must come in to cancel your membership. Then they tell you well ”it’s possible to be done another way” but only a manager can do it and they are not here call back later. Then you call back later to do it all over again. I’ve been going to this gym for a few years now. The staff here is always amazing and helpful. Great variety of equipment and classes. The trainers as always too tier and super informed and enthusiastic! I have been working with my current trainer, Mims, for a year and a half. He tailors my workouts to fit my needs. He is incredibly positive and uplifting!

They’re really a team. I train for martial arts here when I’m not at the dojo and the staff have been nothing short of supportive and encouraging. No matter what they’re doing they make sure they send words of encouragement and even if I need tips. Even the other people who workout here are pretty encouraging. They have amazing trainers. I train on my own because of what I do but if you really wanna sculpt, build, be supported, and you’re serious. This would be the place to go.
