Don't join for the childcare. I have been a member since they opened and I can say it's a bit unreliable, and you won't know they aren't open until you walk into the front door. I wish we received a text message whenever kids crunch was closed, they literally text you for EVERYTHING else!!! The gym is great but super frustrating for a mom taking her kiddos, this has happened SEVERAL times. Plus when they get someone good in Kids Crunch they don't stay very long! Adding to this.. The new GM at this crunch is AWESOME. And the front desk girl Cassidee is amazing. Very knowledgeable and is always so sweet🤍
