I downgraded my earlier 3 stars to 1. This place is horribly dirty and the management doesn’t give a shit.
they punish you if you're unable to pay and demand a cancellation fee if you suffer a medical emergency like i did. this is a full on greedy corporation with no regard for human or business decency. the accounts are outsourced to skirt any type of service for the customer. they will not allow you to manage your own account through the app or the website. they force you to come in in-person and sign some bs can go in person? then you're screwed too bad
Had a great personal trainer when i first joined. Cody Walter, whatever they are paying him, it is not enough. He listens, is personable, and works with you to achieve your goals. The gym is clean, staff is friendly and courteous and with certain memberships they have child care available and that "premium level" is a bargain at 30 bucks a month.
I’ve been a member since the gym opened. I’ve let things slide without writing a review, the filth of the gym, the multiple times paper towel was completely out and they wanted us to use community rags, the broken air conditioning in 90 degree weather but today takes the cake. They moved all the equipment around to make room for new equipment, you woulda thought they coulda cleaned the floors which are all salt covered. No hot water in the showers.
