I encourage everyone who has had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the rude manager Vania- to call corporate and have her held accountable for her unprofessionalism & or fired! She is condescending, rude, ignorant and lacks costumer service skills. How she got in a managerial position is beyond me! This gym needs a serious overhaul starting with “management “!
