The male manager, when I walked in, stopped his conversation and stared at me upon entering the gym. He waited for me to scan in, stared at my photo and looked back at me. It made me extremely uncomfortable, as he did not do this to the people behind me or in front of me. I have a multi-location membership and only went to this location because it’s closer to work. The space is big, but very crowded. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I would love to give a shout out to Gary, Bryanna, Lucas, Hasnaat, Richie, Johnson, Jharem for keeping the facility looking immaculate and always being ready to help. Also the PT team is one of the best and super helpful to step in when the MSRs need them. They’re all very kind and amazing at what they do.
