It gets way too crowded; there's no one cleaning, and it smells terrible.
This is by far the worst gym I have ever been to. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The management at this location is completely unprofessional, especially the manager Vania. She is rude, dismissive, and has absolutely no customer service skills. Every interaction comes with attitude, and she refuses to take responsibility for anything. The equipment here is also terrible. First day coming into the gym and I was greeted very poorly and rude by the woman at the front, no sympathy over my misunderstanding, and very dismissive.
I genuinely wanted to sign up at Crunch Fitness Malden because the location is convenient and the pricing seemed affordable, but the experience I had completely turned me away. They advertise and talk about “free trials” at other Crunch locations, online, their automatic phone system, yet this location acted like that concept suddenly doesn’t exist.
