I have been trying to reach someone, anyone with no response. If you call the number listed, it’s just an automated response and it said that it can’t accept messages and no response with the email either. Poor service.
DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!! The employees have been all over town forever at this point, and I saw them pretty frequently on campus at Madera Community College, I'd always let them know when they'd ask me to sign up that I already have a membership at the new location on Blackstone but when the one in Madera opens up I'll be there. The last time I saw Crunch Fitness on campus, I asked "when do you guys open up?" and I was told May 23rd (today), and so I showed up to the gym and see everybody and their mom is here at Crunch today.
