Edited to add: they reply on here to get in touch with them, but still have not responded to the email I sent 6 days ago. I have cancelled my membership and will be moving to a locally owned gym and only paying $5 more per month. I have been a member of Crunch since the day the doors opened. The staff have been wonderful (shoutout to Mike!) but the place is managed so poorly. What started out as an advertised 24/7 gym has quickly turned into limited hours. I am leaving this gym soon, there are now too many negatives outweighing the positives: 1. It was great when the first opened but it has become wayyyy too busy and overcrowded with members for the space that they have. Even midday on weekdays it’s still quite busy and can be hard to get a bench or machine when you need it. 1 1/2.
