Had a frustrating experience with this gym. Cancelling a membership shouldn’t be this difficult, yet they somehow keep charging after cancellation. Feels like they care more about collecting fees than treating customers fairly. Definitely keep proof of everything.
Cancelled my membership and they’re still charging me, while completely ignoring my emails. Absolutely terrible customer service. Feels like they’re just taking people’s money. Very unfair practices
Cancelled my membership in person and signed the cancellation paperwork, yet they continued charging me and now claim there’s “no proof” of cancellation. This feels like a complete scam. Thieves taking money for a membership I already cancelled. Be very careful and always keep proof of cancellation.
BS late fees. Understandable if you are with a regular bank since they charge fees for late payments but I’m with Wealthsimple, who absolutely does not charge fees and I confirmed with them that this was not the case. Crunch just stole the money and claims the merchant charged them fee.
