RecommendedWas very hesitant about where to join after having shoulder surgery and being out of commission for 8 months. After only 2 months of being at Crunch, they have made it feel like a big family by being there for their clients and they want you to improve. 10/10
You cannot get any customer service at all! They take your money and then run! When you try to cancel a personal training service, there doesn’t seem to be anyone who knows how to handle it yet they keeping charging your card! Bet unprofessional!! They are CROOKS!!
Great place and clean. Maybe put some kind of blinds on the windows near the flat/ incline bench dumb bell area for the afternoon sun. Kind of blinding while trying to work out in that area. All in all though, sweet place.
Crunch Fitness in Kenwood is the bomb place to get your fitness fix! I love the staff and the amount of positive energy. I am moving to Southeast Florida and totally bummed the closest Crunch is 51 miles away. Where I'm moving has a great gym. However, with that being said I will be traveling the Southeast coast and Planet Fitness has many locations available. Friendly staff and clean equipment. Not really busy in early mornings.
I joined Crunch Kenwood just over a month ago and have enjoyed so many classes! The variety is amazing and the instructors are great. I use the childcare and my kids (ages 2 & 6) love their time there. The equipment is top notch and the staff is super helpful. My favorite part is hopping in the hydro massage bed at the end of my workout- no other gym has the whole mind-body-spirit package at an affordable price. Highly recommend!
Not sure why it moved downstairs,but it's inconvenient to have to go through the garage,and the whole set up is off. The free weight area is so cramed together,there's no room to workout.
Thanks to the staff for welcoming me and my family in such a warm, encouraging way as we start our journey to better health. The facilities are always super clean, and the staff treats us like family. Shout out to Max (my trainer) for helping me get my strength back after years of back problems and surgery. He’s amazing!
The equipment is set up poorly, not thought out at all. Also the group fitness is ridiculous, no reason for the entire gym to hear the instructors talking for the few students, complete overkill and disruptive.
