Love the atmosphere, staff, and 24 hour availability.... especially for the price!
The staff are all super friendly and helpful. I’m paralyzed and when i need help setting an exercise up everyone was happy to help. This club’s has everything you need; barbells, dumbbells, nautilus equipment, leverage equipment, smith machine, and much more. I’ve been able to do exercises that I haven’t ever done before. This club is the cleanest I’ve ever been in. The General Manager, Todd, has an open door policy. I can go to him about any questions or concerns I have. HAVENT BEEN THERE IN MONTHS DUE TO MY HEALTH AND STILL BEING CHARGED FOR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS. SENT SEVERAL REQUEST TO CANCEL AND TO GET MY MONEY BACK. SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TOO AND NO RESPONSE. I WANT THIS CANCELLED AND MY MONEY BACK FOR ALL THIS TIME.
Love this place! Laura the trainer kicks my butt in a great way! I always need to get in and out and she makes sure I use my time well!!! Thanks everyone in Kenwood for making workouts fun!
