Recommendedsuper friendly staff .I have been a member for about 3 years now been going steady for about 4 times a week. never once had any issues . My son plays high school sports at Hamilton west and he convinced me to join. hes a big fan also . I owe him lol

I like it, has everything I need and very good environment etc.
It’s not as clean as the other locations I’ve visited in NJ. The mats are worn, the water fountain filter needs changing, does not smell pleasant in the weight area.

i like the attention from the front desk. I feel like family. I have made suggestions and they have heard my suggestions and added and they changed things from listening to members suggestions. I love Crunch!
The staff is rude and shows no respect. As a result I tried to cancel my membership. When I signed the paper everything was okay but then a week later I get a nasty phone call. The woman did not care she was calling me during work hours and was trying to get even more money out of me. No one responded to the email I sent. The next day and ever since I started getting countless phone calls from a collection agency from ONE missed payment that I was NEVER informed about. Been going to this gym for two years now, and it’s awesome all around. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It can get super crowded and people sometimes hog machines, but I still love this gym. I wish there was an actual deadlift platform and more bars like the newer Crunch locations (not really sure if anything can be done about that though.) So my only real complaint is that broken equipment doesn’t get fixed right away. Overall, this is my home gym! ❤️
