Worst experience I've ever had at a gym. the GM ben has been rude two out of the three times I've been there. The only reason I'm sure he wasn't rude the second time is because he wasn't there I worked with someone else who is awesome however I will be canceling my membership and going to lifetime fitness. Oh yeah and any complaints about the GM to corporate go straight to the GM. Great idea guys. Your loosing money and people's will to workout all over the man who should be training his people to be friendly.
First off, this rating is for the customer service ONLY. I unknowingly placed my things in a locker where another member had hung his keys in the locker and I locked the locker. The member said he went around the gym that morning and talked to everyone to find out who's lock it was so they could unlock the locker to get his keys. This is a nice addition to the crunch gyms. I now have no excuses with double the classes between Rocklin and granite bay. Teachers are awesome at both gyms.
