I used to go to the Howe Ave Crunch, now I'm going to the Granite Bay location, close to work. The equipment is great, good selection, never too busy early in the morning. Classes are fun and motivating. Friendly staff at both place & helpful. Always greeted, very clean facility. I shower every morning there and get ready for work, the restroom area is always nice too. Love this gym! #addictedtothegym #crunchfitness

Danielle did a great job watching my six year old Logan last night. An evening workout is abnormal for me and she was able to trial us for childcare while I was working out. Logan liked her so I appreciate the help with my training and recovery. Thanks!
