Cool spot have young people at the front desk. A little uptight on regulation for letting people in. Also 20 dollar day pass is ridiculous in my opinion. But other than that. It's a solid crunch fitness spot.
Although this gym is loaded with all the gym equipment you need and classes that help break the monotony of working out, I do NOT recommend this gym. This gym is consistently ridiculously loud. Not only does every machine and bit of noise echo because of the lack of noise absorption things on the walls and ceilings, but they play the music to a chaotic level that makes wanting to listen to your own ear/headphones useless, especially if you go to the back of the gym to use free weights and the machines back there. Out of town and needed a place to work out, Damon and Julius were great helping tour the facility. Crunch has a great reputable on social media and in AZ so it lived up to expectations. Was excited to hear of a possible expansion of the gym so I’m looking forward to seeing how the place looks next time I come visit.
Nice gym with good diversity of equipment, but if the place is busy, some gear can be hard to work in time. Good to have a plan and know alternative exercises for the muscle groups you're trying to hit.
I have been to multiple Crunch Fitness locations in multiple states, and this location has the friendliest staff I have encountered. They made me feel welcomed and created an environment of inclusion with interaction.
