Being told I can’t be in a certain area in the gym at a certain time by another customer with the same privileges as me kind of rubbed me the wrong way smh. Also not the first time, 1 of the older lady’s came in with an attitude and just started moving stuff in the way to make us uncomfortable smh no respect whatsoever smh they act as if they own the gym and it’s never anything done to fix the issue. I just rather be quiet and respectful instead of engaging with an elder over space neither of us own.
This facility is literally stealing for me. I canceled my membership on the app before I moved and just realized that they’ve still been charging me for the past nine plus months. Don’t trust their auto pay offer!!!
Been going here about a year now! Staff is super kind, supportive to the fitness journey and down to earth. Every time I walk in this place - I feel super valued My spot.
