Their staff is so helpful...I had many issues with my bank and the staff always has time to help me and answer my questions...world class facility and world class staff...so glad I joined this gym...I will be a member here for life
The staff, trainers and instructors are super friendly and helpful. I consider them friends! I look forward to going every time. Truly a no-judgement zone! I have been a member since it opened. I love the classes.....Caroline, Rachel, Haley, and Jenni Are awesome. Trainers Wendy, Katie, Lexie and Roland are friendly and knowledgeable. And military Josh has pushed me harder than I ever thought possible and I love the results. Thanks Ken and Team Crunch!
I really like going to the gym and especially to jenny castillo class of zumba... I really love her class... Shes an amazing instructor and really nice person!!! Shes my favorite!!!

I've never experienced such understanding in a long time.. I recently became a victim of fraud and had my account literally drained.. I couldn't pay 19.95 for my membership.. I called to explain the situation. Froze my account and hoped it wouldn't get taken out before I got my money back. It came today so I went in to give them my new card. Only to get informed my fee for this month and next is taken care of.. I went through literally hell and added stress on how to pay simple bills.. thank you very much!
My wife and I enjoy coming here. Great variety of equipment. Clean and friendly staff.
The staff is always nice and I requested closed captioning on the tvs and the next time I was there, the tvs had closed captions. They are great at answering requests!
I just joined about a week ago and it's been awesome so far. So many different things to do and classes that are offered. Love it!!
