I love all the different classes!!! They keep me motivated!
This place is the best gym in the valley. Friendly and helpful staff combined with a huge amount and variety of equipment. It doesn't matter where you are starting from, this is the place to get stronger.
Always have a good workout here and the classes are great too! I especially like the clean and friendly childcare, without it this momma would not be able to get in the journey to getting fit!!
We love Crunch! Even my kids bug me to go just to play in the play place! We switched from another gym and I feel Crunch is a lot less intimidating! The staff are wonderful and the classes are a blast!!

Crunch Fitness is a great gym. They have a very professional staff with years of knowledge and experience. And the gym is loaded with tons of great equipment.
This is a great gym! The classes are fun and the instructors are amazing! There is a nice selection of cardio machines and I have never had to wait to use any. The staff is great too, always friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I went to crunch not really knowing what I wanted,they make you feel like family and everyone is friendly and there trainers turned my Outlook into a positive.there staff is awesome too talk to and the trainers are always willing to give you pointers on how to help you get your goal. I started working with a awesome trainer she taught me so much and made me think more about health and feeling better
