Crunch has a very wide range of top notch equipment and weights. I have been happy with the environment and the ease of the equipment and the friendliness of the staff. I'd definitely recommend to my friends and I have.
CRUNCH is really a great environment! The minute I walked in the front doors I knew it was the gym for me. The staff always greets you and are happy to see you! Very clean and schedules posted. It's a gym for everyone; whether you want an individual or a group workout, it's all there. A great variety of classes and the facility has all the weights, the equipment, and trainers to ask any question you may have. Truly state-of-the-art!
I really like this gym. The people are friendly and the gym and locker rooms are super clean. There truly is no judgment and I'm not too self-conscious when I'm doing the hand held weights and my own workout off my phone. People of all builds workout here. I also really love the Ride class. It's such a great workout! Fastest 45 minutes of my day!
Great gym! Very clean and the staff is supportive. The only thing I'd like to see is 45 minute classes vs. 30. It seems like some classes run over and by the time we get set up, it's actually 20 minute classes.
Crunch is the first gym I have actually enjoyed working out at! I've been a member for a year and wouldn't go anywhere else!! My husband is a member also. Everyone is very friendly and I feel very comfortable here !!
Best gym ever!!!! The classes are great, i actually want to go and workout!!
