Beth teaches an awesome Abs class Sunday mornings and Shannon always delivers a tough workout In BBT and Chisel on Tuesdays!
Staff is very friendly, the facility is clean, many equipment options, and it's all low pressure. Highly recommend for anyone!
Always impressed with how clean the gym is. We also use Kids Crunch and my toddler is always so excited to go with mom to the gym. I love how well they talk with the kiddos and wash hands too. Great gym. Great environment!!
