My son has just joined the FSU university and he needed to continue with his exercise routine. I stopped bye Crunch and I was attended by a boy with a very good personality and very kind, his name if I'm not mistaken is angel. He is at front Desk he help me with my son membership it was incredible all the information he provided is nice to deal with people like him who know how to do their job.I hope they have more staff like him. I just moved here for school and a guy named Angel (I think) at the front desk hooked me up with a membership! Fantastic guy, and if everyone at crunch is like him you’re sure to have a great experience
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM. I went here during my time at FSU, and once I graduated in Spring 2023 I attempted at least 10 different times to cancel my membership over the phone and over email. I was also told by an employee named Noah on May 9th, 2024 that I would have my membership canceled and be refunded for the past 6 months since I provided proof of prior efforts to cancel as soon as his manager signed off on it and there was complete radio silence following that.
