First off, I am not the type to write reviews. No Yelp account, however in this case I couldn't help myself. Coming from Chicago this club by rights should cost $60 per month. Still cannot believe a facility like this exists for $10 per month! Speechless. I've been a member of dozens of gyms and my style of training is too erratic for most clubs to satisfy my needs. I'm trying to join without having to go there because I already know what it will be like. It's not fair for me to rate it yet because they're not open. I've heard they're taking your money & I do have a problem with that because I think they should wait until they're open to actually make any transactions thru your bank. I have a coupon that is good til the end of February as I'm sure everyone else got one too. *Updated* The issue has been resolved. I appreciate the quick response and resolution of the problem. The website had a sweepstakes link offering a chance to win a year membership. I entered, then received a phone call today from a Crunch representative who told me that this contest was only open to members. NO WHERE on the site or entry form does it state this. Joined the fitness center in Columbia last month and we were told that our membership fee would not be taken out of our bank account yet but the center has not yet opened and we have already been charged for February. Cannot use the facility yet we are being charged.
When the heck is this place actually going to open??? I was told first of the year, then mid-Feb but drove by yesterday and it looks like it still has a long way to go.
So far so good! The staff I met with at my consult were amazing. Can't wait to get started.
I was very impressed with the staff. The facility looks top notch. The membership options were very reasonable. I'm in.
