I had hoped for a more supportive experience here, but unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed. I arrived 5–6 minutes late to a yin yoga class and was declined entry, which I understand may be in line with their policy. I didn’t dispute this at the time. However, the interaction felt unnecessarily abrupt, with an emphasis on the exact timing (being told it was 6 minutes late rather than 5), and the overall tone left me feeling unwelcome. I love Crunch. I am a founding member. I have been going there for the past 19-20 years. All the instructors are amazing. There is a real sense of community. Tina is wonderful to deal with and I am grateful for all the support she affords me during times when I need to place my membership on hold. The facility is always very fresh and clean, and there are lots of machines for different level of work out. It’s truly lovely to see the success Crunch has achieved. Why female only ? wish it was a co ed gym because there is no crunch gym no between parramatta chatswood and alexandria...leichardt would have been just perfect...right in middle of all these 3 suburbs !!!!
