RecommendedAlways the BEST experience! Decided to get my boys new phones today and not only are the Crumptons the friendliest people to work with we were in an out of the store in less than an hour. No pressure selling - No messing with plans and bill unknowingly - Just simple easy service! The phones have to be shipped but so worth it! If you are with AT&T then research ahead what you want and then go in and talk to the best!
We have done business with Crumpton TV for over 30 years. We recently purchased a smart TV and they stayed until all of our questions were answered. Their knowledge and professionalism are evident each time we call. In all of our experiences with Crumpton’s we know we can rely on them to go above and beyond expectations.
Excellent customer service! I went in to buy a new cell phone. Jason explained everything to me and helped me choose the phone that best fit my needs. He helped me to set the phone up and transferred everything over to the new phone. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Crumpton TV and will definitely use them again.

Recently, I was a first-time buyer from Crumpton TV. The service was excellent! They also had great prices on their TVs, and we love the one we bought. I will definitely be back. Thank you for wonderful customer service!
Although I do recommend them I did have an issue. When they came in he immediately opened the box to the mount without telling me how much it was. He had to think about it a moment and said minimum $225. So I asked why so much and his response was because I needed an extension cord and a cable wire - both I had. So then he changed the price down to $135. So was the massive increase for two cords because I’m a woman?
