I used Dr Crumpacker for years, so long in fact that he would text me for advice on personal matters. But yet I keep receiving a bill from Salience but yet the DR doesn’t have to pay me for my advice on his girlfriend, x wife or sister issues. I would recommend finding a Dr that doesn’t text you or cross dress on his days off. Unless you like those things.
The office is extremely hard to get hold of. If you have emergent needs, forget about it. Patient Portal is the way to contact them, but then you get a response ad those things are followed thru with. Rx prescription directions were repeatedly called in with incorrect instructions. Check your prescriptions before handing over to the nurses if you are not the caregiver.
Dr. Crumpacker saw my mom for dementia medication management and treatment for several years. He was always kind to her and spoke so respectfully to her, the way I think he probably speaks to his own loved ones. She passed in 2022. I would highly recommend Dr. Crumpacker. Thanks for taking such great care of my mom, Doc.
