im not really happy, but not upset. we got a car for my daughter. there are alot of problems with the vehicle that was not mentioned to me, but they told my daughter who didn't know any better. I don't think that was right, but nic was nice to work with.
5 stars I went in just to test drive a car that had caught my eye. Ken Vanderpool came out and told us everything we needed to know okay more! He answer every single question we had and if he wasn’t sure he found out! The service was amazing and they are extremely honest and knowledgeable about each and every car! I ended up buying my new car from then that day! I definitely recommend anyone that is looking for a car to go see Ken at Crump-Reese Motor Company!
I called Nic Sorensen and told him what I was looking for. He immediately found me what I wanted. Nic and Spencer has me approved and on my way in my new red Terrain in no time at all. Great people to work with and no pressure. Thanks for a great experience
