We live in the neighborhood and frequent Crumble and Flake regularly. Everything they have is amazing. My favorite things are all the wonderful croissants especially the Kouign Amann. So good!!!
Best croissant I've had in Seattle. I haven't had much else, their chocolate chip cookies are excellent as well. If you love sweet (and a few savory) pastries, this is your place.

I stumbled onto this place on a stroll through the neighborhood. The really imaginative pastry flavors compelled me to buy a couple out of curiosity. I forgot about my treats then spied the bakery bag and heated up the pistachio croissant this morning for breakfast. I am a baker and a pastry snob and even three days old this might well have been the best croissant I ever ate!!!! I will be going again and again and so should you!

I've yet to try anything here that I don't like, but I can never leave without an apricot & Stilton scone, a smoked paprika & cheddar croissant, and a to-die-for kouign amann. Neil knows what it's about.
