The doctor I see is great. Very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any questions I may have. The staff is very professional.
I have been a patient for several years and thankfully never had a problem. I really like Dr Bonnet. Today, however, I am having a problem that appears to be a possible melanoma and I was told that I can’t be seen for 6 months. It would just take a second to look and allay my fears but they would not take me earlier for what I consider an emergency. They did call me back to offer me an appointment within days which made me feel much better about this practice.
Very friendly and accommodating office staff. Went in for a Toenail biopsy, which Dr. Barton handled very well. Thoroughly took his time to explain the process and didn’t feel rushed at all. Would highly recommend.
Trying to get a refill of a anti-fungal skin cream for over a week now. My pharmacist called them twice, and I called them late last week. Their service leaves much to be desired. They need a patient portal. The reviewer below (Blurgletur) accurately characterized the staff. They are not the only game in town, so when you need to get an appointment but can't, I highly recommend DermDox. The ONLY reason I go there is because P.A. Shawn Becker takes good care of me and is very nice.
