Trying to get a refill of a anti-fungal skin cream for over a week now. My pharmacist called them twice, and I called them late last week. Their service leaves much to be desired. They need a patient portal. The reviewer below (Blurgletur) accurately characterized the staff. They are not the only game in town, so when you need to get an appointment but can't, I highly recommend DermDox. The ONLY reason I go there is because P.A. Shawn Becker takes good care of me and is very nice.
I have been a patient for several years and thankfully never had a problem. I really like Dr Bonnet. Today, however, I am having a problem that appears to be a possible melanoma and I was told that I can’t be seen for 6 months. It would just take a second to look and allay my fears but they would not take me earlier for what I consider an emergency.
This 5-Star review is for Jamie Restivo! I almost don’t want to write this review because I want to keep her to myself haha! She has excellent bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. My skin has improved tremendously under her care. I strongly recommend her. Thanks, Jamie!
