In June 2020 we got a quote for a project, dropped off a roll of leather to be used in the project and paid 50% up front. October 2020 they offer 10% off outstanding balance as a thanks for our patience because it is, well "covid-19." So, we try to be patient, as we also have experienced hardships and get it. Very unprofessional. Threatens customers with lawsuits for leaving a bad review. Do not recommend.
