Best in town – I have been going to the Cruise room for several years and have received very consistant service, product and a great environment. I suggest this bar to many friends for a relaxing evening of great conversation. The environment is by far one of the best in Denver although it is a very small bar. I also go to the Cruise room often with business associates as well as visitors from out of the country.
Trendy without trying – A room not to be missed in Denver. Nowhere else do you get to lull around in a red glow surrounded by art deco walls. Add a well-prepared martinis and some oysters from McCormicks, and life is good in the Cruise/Booze Room. Sure the weekends fill the room with the usual LoDo crowd (especially during baseball season), but even then it has a feel all its own.
Authentic Denver – I always take people to the Cruise Room if I'm trying to impress them. It's the real deal -- a real coctail bar. The bartenders are very nice and the lobby of the Oxford Hotel is always cool to check out.
