Jo-Ann is absolutely spectacular. She goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible--often going beyond the call of duty to insure that everyone has a wonderful trip. For my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary she helped to organize a smooth, painless cruise for 21 people, which is no small feat in my book. Jo-Ann Moss was very, very helpful in planning our Alaskan cruise. Could not have done it without her. Very knowledgeable. Always answered questions quickly. Told us everything we needed to know about cruising. Helped plan side excursions. Great experience working with her. Will definitely recommend her services to others. Jo-Ann Moss is an amazing travel agent. She is the best communicator, tour guide and easy going agent I have ever worked with. Jo-Ann went out of her way to make sure that we had all the information in a timely manner, from airline changes to the best tours available. No task was too great, she was always on top things. Jo-Ann made us feel special and made sure that our trip was a success. I would highly recommend her services and would not use anyone else.
