Everything from where to park to luggage tags and everything in between. If you have questions they are answered very quickly. As the chairperson for the Ontario High School 50th class reunion we contacted Jo-Ann Moss at Cruise Planners. That was the best move we made, Jo-Ann was very good at her job. we meet with her told her what we wanted and she took the ball and went to work. We had the best Cruise Reunion anyone could ever want, Jo-Ann put our cruise together in no time at all, if we needed changes made she was right there to take care of them. Jo-Ann was extremely helpful to us when planning our 11-day cruise to the Caribbean. She quickly replied to all of my questions (and there were lots!) She helped this first time cruiser feel secure that everything was in place.
