We took our first cruise to Alaska this summer and it was so awesome. Steve went out of his way to make sure that everything was wheel chair accessible for us. He made several phone calls way before we left to make sure everything would work for us so we could enjoy our trip. We would definitely use them again!
Cruise Holidays of Topeka told my mother the wrong time to be at the airport. She and her travel companion had to buy another plane ticket, on top of what they had already paid for their cruise, to meet the group and continue with the trip. Cruise holidays of Topeka gave them multiple itineraries with conflicting flights and times. When she called to confirm the correct flight, she was told the wrong time. Cruise Holidays of Topeka has yet to make this right.
