I will try to be brief. Cruise America Everett sent out two seniors (on their first RV trip ever) for two weeks in a janky old piece of unsafe junk. The vehicle had well over a hundred thousand miles on it, was out of alignment and pulled to the left. It had a poorly repaired black tank valve that began leaking on our third night. Unfortunately, our experience with Cruise America Seattle was disappointing. We rented a C18 Ultra Compact, where the kitchen area was already very small. One drawer and one cabinet were broken and could not be used, which made the limited storage and workspace even more difficult to manage. In addition, the netting designed to keep clothes from falling out of the limited storage space was broken. As a result, our clothes repeatedly fell out during driving. Website was remarkable unclear about the specifications of the EV size we rented - specifically, what it didn't come with (generator & propane - major things to alter your plan). Thus made plans for an RV we didn't get. Went back to the website and the only wag to find the information would have been to visit a page that you don't naturally encounter in the booking/option research process. Our experience with Cruise America Seattle was extremely disappointing. The RV we received had over 105,000 miles on it and was in very poor mechanical condition. During our trip, we had to visit several repair shops because of ongoing issues, and we were even required to pay for some repairs upfront before being reimbursed. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted valuable vacation time. To make matters worse, the RV was not even clean when we picked it up, which is simply unacceptable for a rental vehicle.
