I was quick and easy packing up and drop off
Disgusting condition of the RV !!! First of all there was only one vehicle on the lot when we went to pick up. They had no other options. - The black water meter didn’t work. When we asked they mentioned since we will have full hookups it won’t matter. But the whole time there was a terrible smell and who knows how dirty the tank was. - The kitchen sink faucet was loose and woobly and every-time we turned it on it was shaking. Unit was clean and ready to go when I showed up for pickup. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient. Cost was as expected. I will use them again.
We did have a little issue with items being left in our rental. The staff at Everett took care of us and went out of their way to make it right. So refreshing to get great customer service. We are taking a road trip in January and will definately use them again. We have recommended Crusie America to all our friends and families.
