Unit was clean and ready to go when I showed up for pickup. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient. Cost was as expected. I will use them again.
We did have a little issue with items being left in our rental. The staff at Everett took care of us and went out of their way to make it right. So refreshing to get great customer service. We are taking a road trip in January and will definately use them again. We have recommended Crusie America to all our friends and families.
We rented an RV in Anchorage (separate review submitted) for the one-way drive to Everett. It was a great 10 trip during a wonderful time of year; great vistas, color in the trees and very little traffic. A little challenging as many of the Canadian campgrounds were already close for the season. The return in Everett, WA was flawless. Particularly the staff was helpful when we realized we had left valuable property on the RV during the checkout.
