Booked an August cruise in May, paid the $300 deposit, and just now received a cancelation email from Morgan Woodbury. It's NOT supposed to be canceled!!! I've called two cruise America sites and every extension keeps saying they can't help with their mistake.

Had a great time on our rv trip. The guys at the hire shop were friendly and pretty fast. Vehicle was in good order, no frills and a little older around 5 years but ran well. All in all was a good deal and we got what we paid for so I can definitely recommend them.

We rented an RV from Cruise America – Everett for a family trip (June 5–18, 2026). Starting June 9, the RV’s air conditioning failed during extreme heat, making it unsafe and unusable for several days with two small children and a dog. Despite repeated calls over multiple days, there was no timely repair, replacement, or effective support. We were repeatedly told to “manage” the situation while cabin temperatures exceeded 95°F even while connected to shore power. We rented a compact 21ft RV for 5 days and 4 nights. We had an amazing experience! Cruise America makes everything easy and affordable. The videos were so helpful! I knew exactly what to do when hooking up for the first time and dumping the waste tanks the first time. And the cost was very affordable. The staff was awesome! The lobby was clean and welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze! And our kiddo loved the loft above the cab!

It was fun. Easy and painless to pickup and drop off the RV. We enjoyed it better than a hotel. Dogs enjoyed it also. We only slept 2 adults in it so we had plenty of room. Sleeping 4 would have been crowded but not bad. We had a 25ft, it has full sized beds. Definitely would do it again.
