Do not rent from here! We rented the RV and found out on the first night the hot water heater isn’t working. The water hose given to us leaks. The grey and black water tank both leak. The vehicle is in really bad condition.

Smooth rental start to finish. The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and kind, he even gave us a personal walk through of the rv and everything we needed to know. The RV was clean and worked perfectly, I had multiple questions about the RV throughout the trip and called the 24/7 number, every time they answered quickly and explained/fixed my problem within a few minutes. The return process was easy. 5/5 stars
I rented twice here. They charge $300 deposit when you book. Then you have to call to schedule the pick up time between 1-4 PM. They go through the RV to mark the meters of gas, propane, sewage, etc. It was annoying to me at first that the gas wasn't full or the water wasn't full, but I guess you just have to do it yourself after you drive the RV away.
