Very bad experience, a lot of problems, the AC didn’t work and smelled bad, the refrigerator didn’t work and we had to throw out food that we bought, waited a lot of time on a call to someone who can help us and we switched like 13 people just to get an answer we can do something with. No refund on the gas we had to fill just to get a working caravan like they were supposed to give us in the first place. Absolutely terrible experience with Cruise America. We rented an RV for a long trip across the US, and the problems started almost immediately. The AC wasn’t working properly, the water tank burst, the refrigerator didn’t work properly and we had to throw away food, there were broken parts throughout the RV, drawers that wouldn’t open, and even a broken shelf with exposed nails that caused us to cut our fingers. פעם עשירית שלי בקראוון - ממש ממש מגעיל כבר ארבעה ימים בקראוון - קיבלנו אותו מלוכלך לגמרי הם לא ניקו כלום המראה שבורה לגמרי זה נראה נורא, הם השאירו מלא לכלוך במטבח והכל היה חול כשנכנסנו והכי גרוע שהמזגן לא עובד והם לא שולחים אף אחד לסדר את זה אין עם מי לדבר בכלל המזגן של האוטו עצמו מסריח בטירוף ואני בטוח ששמו לב לזה נוזל שמשות לא היה ולא דאגו לציין את זה גילינו את זה באמצע המדבר כשהיינו צריכים להשתמש בפעם הראשונה בנוסף ביום הרביעי לטיול מיכל המים שלנו התפוצץ ונאלצנו לטייל שבוע שלם ללא מים, מזגן, או מקרר - עד ששירות לקוחות החל... read more

I've had many experiences with Cruise America, and nearly all of them have been excellent. This Downey location is a partner location, not an original Cruise America location. I was treated rudely here and overcharged for a "housekeeping" fee. Highly recommend you avoid this location. Go to Carson instead.
