I lost $700 from cruise America never got the RV this was just a deposit!!! Don't trust them don't give them your info!!!
Javier was very efficient friendly, and professional in booking our motorhome trip. We definitely will be back soon to rent another one!
Check in and check out were great. Staff was great in explaining everything with the RV, and even had the fridge on and ready to go. My only "complaint" would be with Cruise America not providing at least 1 roll of toilet paper, and not putting the stink puck in the toilet. Heads up, those have to be provided by customer. Otherwise a great experience at this location.
