We just left Florida where the temperature was above freezing and heading back to a cold location. We needed to take care of the RV that we rented and get it winterized per our initial person in Noblesville, Indiana. Called this location and asked if we could stop in today. The service center person said we could not just stop by, that we needed to make an appointment. This person continued to say that I was being “rude” for thinking I could just stop by for service. Andrea at Tri State Truck and RV was very helpful when we rented an RV and we didn't know how long we needed it and she helped us extend the rental until we didn't need the RV anymore. She was overall great.
