This started the first time I rented from this location. Waterpump went out halfway through our first day. I called the customer service number and was told they did not have any help available in the area. Keep in mind this was day 1 of a 4 day no hook up trip. Luckily the people we went with said no problem they were able to accommodate our bathroom needs in their trailer. We rented a 30 footer from Lake Elsinore locations, for a three day trip from SoCal to Norcal to Santa Cruz, CA. A gentleman by the name of Johnathan went over the R.V thoroughly before my departure from their premises. Both of the office ladies were friendly and accommodating... Will definitely be back to rent from them again. Thanks again!
I had a couple of minor issues with my Cruise America RV which I rented from a different dealer. I found these guys on Google maps as I was in the area. As soon as they had authorisation from CA they rectified the problems in no time. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area.
If you are getting a cruise America in California, these are the people to pick up from. I would go way out of my way to deal with them again. After having a terrible experience with C.A in Northern California they were a breath of fresh air. They go over every aspect of the RV with you until you’re comfortable, and they have these things so clean you could eat off the floor. It’s incredible. You can tell they are the kind of nice folks that do the right thing even when no one is watching. Thanks again guys!
Had a really great experience renting an RV through Cruise America Lake Elsinore. The ladies that helped me were super nice. The process for pick up and return was very easy. Will for sure rent again.
