We went to CruiseAmerica Lake Elsinore store today to see if we could walk through a unit in anticipation of our long trip in August. We got to talking to the owners of this location and I was so happy with how accommodating they were to our request. We spent some time chatting and they were very forthcoming with advice to help us make some decisions for our trip. I had a wonderful experience at CruiseAmerica Lake Elsinore! The owners are absolutely amazing friendly, caring, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend purchasing from this location and will definitely be coming back. I’ll also be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you for such a great experience!
We are extremely pleased with the experience we had with Sherri and Kurt at the Lake Elsinore location. We rented the RV for 7 days went to Oregon and came back down the coast, it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely do it again and highly recommend this location for rentals and RV supplies.
Kurt and Sherry were absolutely amazing! They were very accommodating to our small family. When our driver side window shattered while on the trip both them and Cruise America helped find us a replacement RV so we wouldn’t have to endure an 8-hour trek with the driver side window fully exposed along. Very highly recommend renting from them!!
This started the first time I rented from this location. Waterpump went out halfway through our first day. I called the customer service number and was told they did not have any help available in the area. Keep in mind this was day 1 of a 4 day no hook up trip. Luckily the people we went with said no problem they were able to accommodate our bathroom needs in their trailer.
