I rented from these guys for lighting in a bottle, a local festival. The owner was super helpful and easy to talk with. They didnt overcharge for dumping after and RV came clean. Only downside was no place to park your car while you traveled, or they wanted to charge you. Other than that, the staff were amazing and RV was great. Looking forward to renting again.

By far one of the worst experiences my family and I have had. This was our first time renting an RV from Cruise America RV rental. RV had some wear and tear but we did not mind it. Once we hit the road is when we hit our issues. The RV had a tire blow out rear tire which isn't un common again not the issue. Once we called the 1800 number we had a quick response and was told they are looking for someone to come help. 3 hours later no one showed or ever received a call back. Rented an RV here for a week, the RV was amazing, clean, the staff and everyone helping us were all so helpful and gave us great advice as first time renters, we loved them and we will definitely me back!!

Worst RV rental ever!! Water tank was smaller than a pea And The AC should be called a heater instead because it was blowing nothing but hot air. It was so bad that it was cooler outside in 95 degree weather than inside the rv. The RV shower kept overflowing and had no room and it was so extremely hot. Didn’t come with linens for the beds and wanted to charge extra for everything which was ridiculous. Please do not rent from here and go anywhere else I mean anywhere!!
