We scheduled pick up for 1pm... they didn't help us until 1:30pm. The RV smelled so strongly of fabuloso, we were dizzy and nauseated. We had to air it out for 2 hours and it still smelled like it. Despite the RV being "cleaned", the floors were filthy and damaged. The floor in the bathroom was sunken in and soft from water damage. The solution was putting an old cabinet door down for us to stand on. The door doesn't seal properly and shows signs of previous break in attempts. We booked a class C from here and they didn't have one available for us when we called to confirm. We either had to go to Miami or Orlando. We live in WPB so very inconvenient. Our rental needed a muffler, was so loud, wiper blades just smeared, side door stuck, either locked in or out and the windows popped open when you hit bumps. We did have a good trip though and they gave us 2 days off bill to make it up to us. We will use another company next time.

This place is absolutely amazing, great costumer services super friendly, this is the first renting an RV we visited five national parks in Utah. We had no problem with the RV. It was so comfortable super clean easy to manage it.
