Impressed about their detailed explanations about the vehicle, how and where to perform services (e.g. dumping), how clean they had the RV we rented. I was able to park (for a fee) my car at their site while renting the RV. Price is also hard to beat. Would definitely rent again from them.

Booked a two week RV trip. RV was our choice so we would be able to camp/cook rather than eat out and deal with hotels. They sent us out in an RV in which the refrigerator was not working during initial walk-through. The rental agents disconnected and reconnected some wires, pulled a fuse out and put it back in and said, "That should be fine." It WASN'T fine. We spent the next two weeks dealing with it. I personally had a WONDERFUL experience renting from Cruise America. Pauline was such a dear to me! She did seem a little dispersed at times but, ultimately on top of things. I decided to book a 25ft for 7 nights for my one way move from Florida to California. I didn’t think much of it because everything seemed pretty straight forward after looking through the website and speaking with customer service reps.
