Absolutely awful experience. DO NOT rent from Cruise America. We rented a C30 RV for a 3-week family trip with two small kids. The RV was late, poorly maintained, and had multiple issues from day one—leaking shower, wet luggage from a trunk leak, and a constant tire pressure warning they told us to ignore. Customer service was a joke. They sent us to two different repair shops, both unprepared and unable to fix the issues. One even canceled the shower entirely instead of fixing it. Don't use this location, in KNOXVILLE TENNESSEE, RVs are old cast-offs from better franchises and they're not maintained the RV was not cleaned, hair and dirt was on the bed, when asked about chemicals to put in the toilet I was told they don't do that don't need it. while driving down the road the fire alarm fell off the ceiling the sinkhas clear silicone around it where it evidently came out of the countertop part of the ceiling was coming off part of the flooring was coming off the rear view mirror was broken ,it looks li... read more
