Absolutely awful experience. DO NOT rent from Cruise America. We rented a C30 RV for a 3-week family trip with two small kids. The RV was late, poorly maintained, and had multiple issues from day one—leaking shower, wet luggage from a trunk leak, and a constant tire pressure warning they told us to ignore. Customer service was a joke. They sent us to two different repair shops, both unprepared and unable to fix the issues. One even canceled the shower entirely instead of fixing it.
