Is it possible to leave 0 stars? This is a long story, First, I reserved and made a deposit for a 30 FT RV on May 10th 2024 from Cruise America. I received an email confirmation stating the pick up location would be 1213 Blue Hills Ave in Bloomfield on October 11th, 2024. I called Neligon’s Auto on Monday October 7th (as instructed by CruiseAmerica) and was told to call back on Thursday. Horrible experience with these people. We would give zero stars if we could. I don't even have the energy to type all the details and all they things we went through with them. Horrible customer service and I mean HORRIBLE. They sent out an rv that should never have been sent out, it was very clear that they never actually went over the rv before sending it out and it was also really dirty. They promised money back for our troubles after about 4 days of our vacation wasted trying to get them to take care of the issues and ge... read more
