My husband and I tried this for the first time in July and were very pleased! I am horrible at names, but the lady that takes care of all of the RVs was so kind, helpful and funny. She made the process so quick and easy. We made our reservation a month in advance and then called the day before pick up to confirm a time and we were actually early and she was ready for us. Had a great experience renting an RV here! Easygoing folks, no surprises at check out. Get the extra insurance!! The high stool toilet became a running joke, but we survived!! They do need to provide a pressure regulator for the city water. But no fear, you’ll meet great people in a rv park that will loan you one.
The ppl were nice, but the rv we rented was not the size we reserved, and was not very well maintained. I won't rent from them again.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. First time I have rented an RV and they were great at answering all of my questions. Would definitely rent from them again.
