I bought an rv here and was told it was checked over from top to bottom by professional rv technicians got it home both sewer tanks were full had major gas leak and fridge didn't work called James and got no we're sorry about that just blew me off so I'm sure there buying them at auction and just selling without checking them out so don't get fooled like I did check em out youself
I have rented from Cruise America two times now over the past two years. Each time we rented the 30' camper. The first experience was great. The first rental was newer, clean and in great condition. The second was not in the best of condition. It had small things like the glass door on the shower had been removed and replaced with a cheep plastic curtain. DO NOT RENT FROM CRUISE AMERICA!!!!!! Poor Product and even Worse Support!!! It took 21 HOURS to get a tow truck after breakdown. Full story below. First I’ll address the Product. We arrived to pick up our large rental at 1:00pm yesterday July 13, 2017 in *******, TX. My wife and I had a terrible experience with Cruise America RV Rentals & Sales in Denver, Colorado. Shortly after we started driving, the steering wheel started shaking and it got worse over the next few days. On day 4, a park ranger pulled us over and told us the right front tire was wobbling. We inspected it and saw a bubble the size of a large grapefruit on the inside of the tire. I bought a used RV from CruiseAmerica in *********, Florida. The price was reasonable and the general condition of the RV was good, with everything working properly. The purchase included a power train warranty. A few weeks later, there was a sudden and catastrophic failure of the differential. Cruise America honored their warranty, and their personnel went to considerable effort to get our vehicle repaired quickly, locally, and at no cost to us. Everyone was courteous and helpful.
