Very disappointed in this company, promised to do a small task for me and never showed or call, not good business practice.
Roof Repair Gone Wrong! We hired Crucial Dynamics to repair our garage roof because it leaked. Now, it has multiple leaks! Their repair made it worse! It is so bad that it is rotting one of the main support beams. We have reached out to them multiple times to fix their poor-quality work, but they do not return calls or text messages.
They made a 1:00 pm appointment several days previous to the appointment. They did not show up for the appointment, and it is now 2:02 pm. They did not call or text me to let me know they could not make the appointment. This is extremely discourteous, and extremely poor method for doing business. I would not use this contractor, because they do not show up at all, and do not let you know they could not make the appointment.
