Poor property management The apartment itself is a nice size for the cost. We stay in a 2b/2ba, and we should have a bigger hot water heater for the size, but aside from that the apartment, is fair for the money. Management and maintenance on the other hand, TERRIBLE. We’ve lived here for almost 2 years now. We had our central air go out in October, put in a maintenance order, now 9 MONTHS LATER, we still have no ac. Management stinks Nothing gets fixed. Wild cats everywhere. Cars get broken into. Dryers are always broken. Management is not pro active in doing anything.
