My mom lives in Marion she had to have a new furnace / ac put in so she did the old one was on blocks incase of flood and when they put the new one in they did not put it back on blocks even know she had asked them to so after 2 weeks Marion got all that rain and it flooded so she called them they came out said it was not covered under warranty and it would be 1756 dollars now my mom has cancer and had to take a loan out to just get this thing 2 weeks before and now they want 1756 to fix because they didn’t do what was asked... read more

Huge thank you to these folks!! Had our "regular" furnace guy out a few weeks ago because I knew our furnace was not running correctly. He did not in any way address the situation. Called CRT and the problem was found right away. Mind you, if this problem had been left alone I could have lost my home to a fire!! CRT has a new customer forever!! and I will recommend them to ANYONE who needs furnace of AC work!! Thank you so much for everything you did for us!!! Happy Holidays to all of you!!!
Just had a guy out here to look at the heater, had it fixed in minutes. I've been so stressed over getting it fixed this close to the holidays and he got it finished didn't charge me. didnt catch his name but bless your heart! you're a blessing in disguise!
CRT charges $90.00 Per Hour for Labor which includes any errands they run out for parts. They also charge $65.00 for just walking through your front door, whether they do work or not. No proper disclosure prior to scheduling the appointment and certainly not till the work has been done. BUYER BEEEEEEEEWARE. TOTAL CHARGE FOR REPLACING A GARBAGE DISPOSAL WITHOUT THE COST OF THE NEW DISPOSAL $265.00. THIS BUSINESS DOES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR SENIOR CITIZENS!!!!!!! THE HANDYMAN only charges $40.00 per hour call him.
