I have air condition that uses the old freon it didn't cool well and needed freon but otherwise was working fine. So, I ask other companies to add freon and nobody wanted to put in the addition freon because it was the old type freon instead, they want to sell me a new air conditioner. CRS suggested that replace the old freon with the new type and now any one can add additional if needed. It took about 11 lbs. of freon to replace it and it works great again. Hired CRS for a job in October of 2024. We were pleased with the service at this time until we had quarterly maintenance done on our refrigerator yesterday. When the tech checked the refrigerator (front case where desserts go) he asked us when was the last person to touch it. I asked why, and I was told that all of the screws were left very loose, allowing refrigerant to leak out. Hired these guys to install a fully functional ice machine in my new deli. Here’s what this company did to my ceiling. Not only did they do this, they didn’t tell anyone. Like I’m not going to notice a 1500.00 hole in my ceiling. The technicians are dishonest and lack even an iota of decent work ethic. Here’s my results of using this company. I cannot give less than one star. If I could, I will give this guy took my one month. Take a lot of money from me didn’t fix my project runaway he has a bad attitude he don’t know how to talk. He will charge a visit charge and will do nothing. He took my one month to find the screws coming today. Coming tomorrow coming today coming tomorrow and end of the day he said he cannot do it because he don’t know how to fix , just said my equipment not good because I didn’t buy equipment from him. This guy scammer.
