One tip for your guys...make sure the stickers for the oil changes are correct for your customers. Customers rely on them. My sticker was wrong and a warning came up on my car for an oil change...never had that once since owing a car. Also wrong sticker on my mom's car...good thing she is on top of it. I knew mine was wrong but light came on before I got it changed. That is just one of my issues from bringing my car to CRS. Won't be back that's for sure.
I’ve brought all of my vehicles to CRS for service for the past 5 years. I’ve always been treated with respect, given the most fair and competitive price possible and had all my questions answered in a professional manner. I wouldn’t imagine relying on anyone else with my vehicles. Jeremy and the rest of the staff do an excellent job of keeping my vehicles running at top performance.
I take my business fleet and my personal vehicle here, and recommend them for both of these needs. Fast, friendly knowledgeable staff. Wonderful service team and reception staff. Honest about what you need, no hidden stuff. Great hours. Basically the best shop in town.
when estimating my car be sure to only estimate what needs repairing. I came in there and needed my car inspected. after inspection you guys gave me a list of items that needed fixing. upon arriving home with all my parts to fix my car myself. I discovered that the axel shaft which I was told was spitting grease everywhere was fine.as were my inner tie rods and one of my outters. so of the diagnosed front right axel and Inner and outter tierods only I outter tiered was bad. Brought our SUV in on Friday, advised they were very busy. Brought back on Saturday, got it quotes and fixed all in 3 hours. My husband said that dealing with CRS very easy, professional and very reasonably price. Thank you for working on MyEdge., the knocking noise is gone and drives beautifully again. Guys know what they are doing. They have experience, they have the knowledge, and they are always ready to go the extra miles for the customer. What I especially like is their response to customer's complaints. If they are right, they will simply tell the truth, bring in the evidence, but if they made a mistake they will accept it and do whatever it takes to make things right.
Recently moved to Hamilton and needed a safety inspection, oil change, and service maintenance on my vehicle. Based on reviews, decided to check out CRS automotive. Dealt with Jeremy and he was nothing but courteous and professional. Very happy with the service I received; they provided both a courtesy shuttle & fixed a rattling in my vehicle (which ended up being a loose heatshield) for free of charge. I would recommend CRS automotive to all my friends & family in Hamilton.
