I typically don’t write reviews but felt the need to leave one for this dealership. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dealership. These guys are honest upfront and genuine. Very hard quality to find in dealerships. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. You won’t be disappointed purchasing from them.

I am from out of state and visited the store looking at a specific vehicle. I looked at other vehicles at other dealerships with the same year and model. Kumar was honest with me from the beginning and throughout the process. He followed up with me through both texts, emails and phone calls. He had the vehicle and paperwork ready for me when I arrived. The whole process was very comfortable and smooth. I would recommend anyone to work with Kumar in purchasing a vehicle. We test drove a 2015 BMW X3 and a 2014 X5 they had. We ended up purchasing X5 a week later. Our decision was based on their honest and level of service we received. We were pleasantly surprised by level of knowledge and service we received from the staff here being a small independent dealership. We had visited number of dealers prior to making our decision. By far the most genuine experience at CRS Auto. My wife and I would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

1 hr drive that resulted in a vehicle not making it out of the parking lot due to grinding and other noises. Definitely would not recommend this place. They knew I was coming to look at this vehicle yet mentioned nothing about it’s issues. They must not know their inventory or care about your time.

Even than sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. Cars are unpredictable machines and sometimes parts fail without warning. In this case the abs sensor had failed, which we have replaced. Kumar was perhaps the most honest salesman I have ever done business with. From the start to finish, he was truthful and very accommodating. I bought a 2010 Nissan Maxima and I was in and out without any pressure and the car was very nice. I will definitely do business with them in the near future.
