I rented a property in Kent, OH from CRPM (managed by Katie Middendorf) from June 2024 to June 2025 for $1,500/month. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Keep charging me rent 2 months after I turned keys in. Served me court papers when I was in hospital for a week (they taped them to my door) Charged me $50 anytime they put a note on my dooor. (Like letting me know they were changing to this management company after I signed lease w the owner already) . House I lived in covered in black mold. Don’t trust these people. Useless and always rude. STAY AWAY.
